Our large family from the UK used Paradise Palms Jamaica Tours for our transfers to and from to our Villa in Discovery bay and would definitely book with them in the future. Mr Campbell the owner responded to our emails quite quickly and seem to be quite patient and understanding with the booking as we were a large family and wanted some other pick ups as others were coming from the US on different airlines. Our initial flight was cancelled, but they were flexible and met us the next day for final flight and even patiently waited around for about half an hour while we waited for others to get their baggages together. Mr Lee and Courtney was our drivers and when we left towards Discovery bay they took us to a few shops on the way to the resort so we could get a quick bite of some local food plaza to get some refreshments (That was some fantastic food). Our vehicles were clean & air conditioned and the rate was the best we could find from montego bay airport to discovery bay.

On reflection although we had a lot of people in our group on our transfers I noted that Mr Lee and Courtney were consistently demonstrating patience and professionalism giving us all an excellent customer service.

Big thanks to Mr Campbell for handling the booking and all of Paradise Palms Jamaica Tours drivers, Courtney and Mr Lee. We all agreed that we highly recommend them for any airport transportation for those landing in Montego bay airport.
